基于位移补偿法的某椭圆形弦支穹顶施工模拟及监测研究 被引量:2

Construction simulation and monitoring of elliptical suspended-dome structure based on displacement compensation analysis method

摘要 针对弦支穹顶结构施工模拟中的形态分析问题,采用改进的基于模型方程的位移补偿法,以2017年全运会场馆天津中医药大学新建体育馆弦支穹顶结构为例,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件的APDL程序编程进行形态分析。结果表明该方法收敛速度快,预应力平衡态与设计态的最大位移和最大索力相对差更小,能控制放样态结果离散性。通过对比分析确定了适用于不连续支承椭圆形弦支穹顶结构体系的张拉方法为径向拉杆张拉法,预应力张拉分为20%、70%和100%设计张拉力共3级,且对于每级每圈径向拉杆又细分为1~8步不等。按照施工方法与流程对该结构进行施工全过程模拟分析,并将施工模拟结果与施工监测结果进行对比。结果表明索力、应力、网壳起拱值、支座位移以及撑杆垂直度的监测值和有限元施工模拟结果吻合较好。 In view of the problem of morphological analysis in the construction simulation of the suspended-dome structure, an improved displacement compensation analysis method based on the model equation was adopted. The new gymnasium of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was taken as the research project. The lifting state of suspended-dome was obtained by using the program of APDL in ANSYS. The simulation results show that this method has a faster convergence speed and the relative error in displacement and cable force is smaller between prestressing equilibrium state and design state. What' s more, the discreteness of the results of the lifting state can be controlled. Through the contrast and analysis on the structural characteristics, the radial rod tensioning method which apply to the oval suspended-dome structure with discontinuous support was adopted. The prestressing tension was divided into three levels corresponding to 20%, 70% and 100% of design force. And every level was also divided into 1 - 8 steps. The whole process of construction was simulated and analyzed according to the construction method and process. The contrast and analysison the construction simulation and construction monitoring results show that the data of cable force, shell component stress, displacement of shell, displacement of support and verticality of strutsfrom experiments agree well with theoretical values of construction analysis.
