益肾活血通络饮治疗糖尿病肾病的临床研究

Effect of Yishen Huoxue Tongluo Yin in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy

目的:探讨益肾活血通络饮治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法:选取糖尿病肾病病人84例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组予缬沙坦胶囊治疗,观察组予益肾活血通络饮治疗,比较2组临床疗效和相关指标。结果:观察组总有效率为88.09%,高于对照组的73.81%(P<0.05)。2组病人治疗前尿微量白蛋白、24 h尿微量白蛋白、尿素氮、血清肌酐和肾小球滤过率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组各指标均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),且治疗后观察组各指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。2组治疗前单核细胞趋化因子(MCP-1)、血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组MCP-1、hs-CRP、TNF-α均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01),而对照组治疗前后MCP-1、hs-CRP、TNF-α差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),且治疗后观察组MCP-1、hs-CRP和TNF-α均低于对照组(P<0.05~P<0.01)。结论:益肾活血通络饮治疗糖尿病肾病具有较好效果。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of Effect of Yishen Huoxue Tongluo Yin in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods： Eighty-four patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the control group and observation group（ 42 cases each group）. The control group and observation group were treated with valsartan capsule and Yishen Huoxue Tongluo Yin,respectively. The clinical effects and related indexes between two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate in observation group（ 88. 09%） was higher than that in control group（ 73. 81%）（ P 〈0. 05）. Before treatment,the differences of the levels of urinary albumin,24 h urinary albumin,urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and glomerular filtration rate between two groups were not statistically significant（ P〉 0. 05）. After treatment,all indexes in observation group were significantly improved（ 〈P 0. 01）,and which in observation group was significantly better than that in control group（ P 〈0. 01）. Before treatment,the differences of the levels of MCP-1,hs-CRP and TNF-α between two groups were not statistically significant（ P 〉0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of MCP-1,hs-CRP and TNF-α in observation group significantly decreased compared with before treatment（ P 〈0. 01）,the differences of the levels of MCP-1,hs-CRP and TNF-α in control group between before and after treatment were not statistically significant（ P〉 0. 05）,and the levels of MCP-1,hs-CRP and TNF-α in observation group were lower than those in control group（ P〈 0. 05 to P〈 0. 01）. Conclusions：The treatment effect of diabetic nephropathy with Yishen Huoxue Tongluo Yin is good.
