微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的应用价值 被引量:40

摘要 目的:探讨微型种植体支抗治疗模式对口腔正畸治疗病人的临床效果。方法:选取行口腔正畸治疗的病人84例作为研究对象,随机分成2组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组采用微型种植体支抗治疗。结果:观察组病人治疗后磨牙位移和上中切牙倾角差均明显小于对照组(P<0.01),而上中切齿凸距差明显大于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组病人治疗后上下颚测量值以及上下颚改变特征值改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05~P<0.01)。观察组病人的咀嚼效率和咬合力均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组病人软组织轻度水肿和不舒适等不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论:微型种植体支抗治疗对口腔正畸治疗具有重要的临床价值,不良反应发病率低,值得临床推广。 Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of the mini-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment. Methods: Eighty-four patients with orthodontic treatment were randomly divided into the control group and observation group. The control group and observation group were treated with conventional method and mini-implant anchorage,respectively. Results: After treatment,the back tooth grinding displacement and upper incisor inclination difference in observation group were significantly less than those in control group( P 〈0. 01),and the gnashing of teeth protruding length difference in observation group was significantly more than that in control group( P 〈0. 01). After treatment,the measure value of the upper and lower of jaw and improvement of eigenvalue of upper and lower of jaw in observation group were better than those in control group( P〈 0. 05 to P〈 0. 01). The chewing efficiency and bite force in observation group were significantly better than those in control group( P 〈0. 01). The incidence rates of soft tissue edema and discomfort in observation group were lower than those in control group( P 〈0. 05 and P 〈0. 01). Conclusions: The mini-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment has important clinical value,the incidence rate of adverse reactions is low,and which is worthy of clinical promotion.
