磁分离技术处理油田污水的应用研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 针对目前我国油田含油污水乳化稳定性高的特点,综述了近几年磁法分离技术处理油田污水的应用研究进展。具体探讨了单一磁粉分离法、磁流体分离法和磁分离与其他技术联合等方法对于油田污水的处理方法和效果。分析了各种方法的优点和不足,最后展望了磁法分离技术处理油田污水的未来发展方向,即以亲水亲油纳米材料为基体,增加其磁响应性,从而解决油田采油过程中产生的大量油田污水的低成本、无害化、资源化处理问题。 In view of the high emulsification stability of oily wastewater in our country at present,the application of magnetic separation technique in oilfield wastewater treatment is reviewed. The methods and effects of single magnetic particle separation,magnetic fluid separation and magnetic separation combined with other technologies are discussed in detail. Analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each method,and finally prospects the future development direction of oilfield wastewater by magnetic separation technology,namely with hydrophilic lipophilic nano materials as matrix,increase the magnetic response,so as to solve a lot of oilfield wastewater with low cost and produce oil in the process of harmless and resource processing problems.
