摘要
论述了食触材料应用现状及其主要有害成分检测方法。食触材料在我国现阶段应用非常广泛,其种类众多,所以对人类和环境造成很大的潜在危害。总结了不同种类食触材料的有害物质的来源,分析其潜在危害,并对其中有害物成分铅、苯系物等检测方法等方面进行了简要综述。还指出推广绿色低碳无毒无害包装的重要性,并对可持续绿色环保型食触材料的研究方向进行了展望。
This article discussed the application of food contact material and its component analysis methods,including the definition,classification of food contact materials,the detection methods of harmful components. It pointed out the importance of promoting green low-carbon non-toxic packaging,the detection method of main component in food contact materials are emphasized,and offered the countermeasures and effective solutions,the research direction of food contact materials for sustainable green environmental protection are discussed.
