摘要
铁电薄膜材料不仅具备优良的铁电、介电性能,还具有反常光生伏特效应。尽管铁电薄膜理论上有较高的光电转换效率,但目前的效率仍然较低,还不宜用作太阳能转换器。综述了国内外锆酸盐系、铋系以及双钙钛矿等铁电薄膜光生伏效应的最新研究进展,并对其在光学检测设备、铁电光伏器件以及电铸无阻开关方面的最新应用进展进行了归纳总结。铁电薄膜光伏效应的产生机理、影响因素以及应用开拓等方面将是未来研究的重点。
Ferroelectric thin films have not only excellent ferroelectric and dielectric properties,but also abnormal photovoltaic effect. The photoelectric conversion efficiency is still low and it is not suitable for solar converters,although which is very high in theory. The latest research progress in the photovoltaic effect of ferroelectric home and abroad,such as zirconium salt,bismuth series and double perovskite,and so on,are reviewed. The latest applications progress of optical detection devices,ferroelectric photovoltaic devices and electroforming free resistive switching are summarized,too. The generation mechanism,influencing factors and application development of the photovoltaic effect of ferroelectric thin films will be the focus in future research.
