摘要
为实现虾夷扇贝苗的精准底播,确保底播海区养殖容量更加合理,同时解决目前计数与统计工作仍以人工为主,存在劳动强度高、工作效率低、计数与统计误差高等问题。设计了一种基于STC89C52单片机,并结合光幕计数传感器的贝苗计数装置,能够实现贝苗的自动排队、数据采集、显示及打印等功能。结果显示:通过第1阶段的正交实验,确定了装置的最佳工艺参数;通过第2阶段的15组生产性对比试验,计数与统计的平均准确率为99.6%,作业效率为2.49 kg/(人·min),约为人工计数与统计作业效率的1.73倍。研究表明:虾夷扇贝苗计数装置具有较高的准确性、稳定性和高效性,具有一定的推广应用价值。
In order to achieve accurate bottom sowing for patinopecten yessoensis seedlings, ensure morereasonable aquaculture capacity,and solve the problem that the current counting and statistics work is still done by labor,resulting in high labor intensity,low work efficiency and high counting error,a new counting device for patinopecten yessoensis seedlings based on STC89C52 chip-microcomputer and light screen sensor was designed. The device can realize automatic queuing, data count collection display and printing. Results showed that:In the first phase,the optimum technological parameters of the device were determined by the orthogonal test; and in the second phase, a 15-group of comparative tests were executed based on actual production situation. The results showed that the average accuracy of counting and statistics was 99. 6%,and the working efficiency was 2. 49 kg / ( person · min) ,which was about 1. 73 times of the manual counting and statistics. It was showed that the counting device for patinopecten yessoensis seedlings has the advantages of high accuracy,stability and high efficiency,thus having good prospects in practical application.
