宁夏县域经济发展的演变类型与城乡耦合协调发展分析

THE EVOLUTION OF COUNTY ECONOMY TYPES AND ANALYSIS ON COUPLING COORDINATED DEVELOPMENT BETWEEN URBAN AND RURAL AREAS IN NINGXIA HUI AUTONOMOUS REGION

研究旨在对宁夏县域经济类型进行划分,揭示不同县域经济演变与转型过程中的城乡耦合协调发展的特征与规律。(1)宁夏县域经济演变与转型呈现出工业主导型与商贸与综合发展型两种类型;(2)工业主导型的城镇化发展指数和乡村发展指数都比商贸与综合发展型县域高,但差距在缩小;(3)除2000、2005年外,工业主导型县域均处于城乡发展较不协调状态,而商业与综合发展型县域则处于较协调状况。宁夏县域经济发展应该更关注三次产业的融合、鼓励劳动密集性产业的发展,增强县城公共服务能力,提升人口集聚与就业转移的能力。

The study mainly aims to divide the types of Ningxia county economic, and reveal the characteris- tics and laws of the coupling coordinated development from the urban-rural areas with the different county economic evolution and transformation process. It is of great significance to develop the county economy to promote the new-type urbanization and realize the coordinated development between urban and rural areas. Based on Ningxia county economic types＇ partition, by building the model about the coupling coordinated de- gree between the urban and rural areas, the research shows that the county economic evolution and transfor- mation of Ningxia present two types： one is the industrial dominance counties, another one is the commerce and comprehensive development from 1995-2015; In the time study section, the urbanization development index and rural development index from the industry-based types＇ counties are higher than those of the com- merce and comprehensive development, besides GDP from per person, the gap between the industrial domi- nance counties and the commerce and comprehensive development counties is gradually narrowing from 1990-2015. In addition to 2000 and 2005, the industrial leading counties are in a less coordinated state of ur- ban and rural development, while the commercial and comprehensive development counties are in a more co- ordinated state. Although the development level from Ningxia county economy is in very lower, it also achieves a certain development performance. From 1990 to 2015, the urban and rural indicators of the com- mercial and comprehensive development counties, except GDP per capita, are narrowing with the industrial leading county. In order to better realize the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, the county economic development of Ningxia should pay more attention to the integration of the three industries, en- courage the development of labor-intensive industries, strengthen the public service capacity of the county, and improve the ability of population gathering and employment transfer.
