机电产品概念设计系统模型与几何模型转换方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 机电产品系统模型和几何模型所表达的内容各有侧重,分别从不同角度对机电系统进行描述。对于如何在系统模型的基础上实现几何模型快速生成的问题,提出一种基于Sys ML的几何建模方法和一种基于XML/STEP转化的模型转换方法。通过研究Sys ML系统建模方法,构建机电产品系统模型并通过兼容XML的系统获得对应的XML文档。应用Java开发XML/STEP模型转换系统,解析XML文档获取有效几何信息。根据有效信息生成STEP格式的CAD文件格,实现系统模型向几何模型的快速转换。以雨刮器的设计为实例进行验证。 The content expressed by the electromechanical product system model and the geometric model has its own emphasis,and the electromechanical systems are described from different angles. For the problem of how to quickly generate geometric models based on the system model,a geometric modeling method based on Sys ML and a model conversion method based on XML/STEP transformation were proposed. By studying the Sys ML system modeling method,an electromechanical product system model was constructed and a corresponding XML document was obtained through an XML-compatible system. We used Java to develop the XML/STEP model conversion system and parsed the XML document to obtain valid geometric information. According to the valid information,the STEP format CAD file was generated,and the system model can be quickly converted to a geometric model. We verified the design of the wiper as an example.
