经会阴直肠乙状结肠部分切除术治疗直肠脱垂的临床效果

Clinical effect of transperitoneal sigmoid colon partial resection on the treatment of rectal prolapse

目的 :探讨经会阴直肠乙状结肠部分切除术治疗直肠脱垂的临床效果。方法 :以新乡市中心医院肛肠科收治的78例直肠脱垂患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组患者接受直肠黏膜柱状结扎术、直肠周围间隙注射术和肛门环缩术治疗,观察组患者接受经会阴直肠乙状结肠部分切除术和肛门环缩术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、至排便恢复正常和脱出肠管消失时间、生活质量改善情况。随访半年,观察并发症情况。结果 :观察组患者的治疗效果显著优于对照组,至排便恢复正常和脱出肠管消失时间均显著短于对照组,生活质量改善情况显著好于对照组,并发症也少于对照组。结论 :经会阴直肠乙状结肠部分切除术治疗直肠脱垂的临床效果确切,可使患者更快地恢复排便、更好地改善症状和生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of transperineal sigmoid colon partial resection on rectal prolapse. Methods： Seventy-eight patients with rectal prolapse treated in our hospital were randomly divided into a control group （underwent rectal mucosal columnar ligation, perirectal space injection and anal ring reduction） and an observation group （underwent transperineal sigmoid colon partial resection and anal ring reduction treatment）. The therapeutic efects, the time for the defecation returned to normal and the disappearance of intestine, and the improvement of the quality of life were compared between the two groups. Follow-up was lasted for six months and the complications were observed. Results： The curative efect and the improvement of the quality of life were signifcantly better, and the time for the defecation recovery and bowel disappearance and the incidence of complications were signifcantly less in the observation group than the control group. Conclusion： The clinical efect of transrectal sigmoid colon resection on rectal prolapse is exact and the defecation of patients can be more quickly recovered and their symptoms and quality of life can be signifcantly improved.
