院内示范联合院外电话随访对鼻咽癌患者出院后张口困难的影响

Study on the effect of hospital follow up on the difficulty of opening mouth of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after hospital discharge

目的:探讨院内示范联合院外电话随访对鼻咽癌患者出院后张口困难康复治疗的影响。方法:将75例鼻咽癌患者随机分为两组。对照组(37例)在住院期间进行院内示范,进行患者张口功能训练;观察组(38例)在对照组的基础上,由医院随访人员负责院外电话随访,对患者出院后张口功能锻炼中出现的问题进行指导,比较两组张口困难发生率、张口困难程度和生活质量评分。结果:出院后3个月、6个月,观察组患者张口困难发生率明显低于对照组张口困难程度明显轻于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:院内示范联合院外电话随访能够改善鼻咽癌患者出院后张口困难的程度,降低张口困难发生率,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the effect of hospital follow-up hospital on the rehabilitation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after discharge. Methods： Seventy-five patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups： control group（ n = 37）,hospitalization during hospitalization,and training of patients with open mouth function. The observation group（ 38 cases）,on the basis of the control group,Responsible for out-of-hospital telephone follow-up,the patient discharged from the mouth after the functional exercise in the guidance of the problem,compared the two groups of difficulties in opening mouth,mouth difficulty and quality of life score. Results： At 3 months and 6 months after discharge,the inci-dence of mouth opening and the difficulty of mouth opening were significantly lighter than those in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Hospital follow-up can improve the degree of difficulty in opening mouth of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after discharge,reduce the incidence of mouth opening,improve the quality of life of patients.
