摘要
为满足航空自动油门执行机构摩擦力矩的恒定,提高机载设备安全性和可靠性,设计恒定力矩摩擦阻尼装置。该装置采用β-Si_3N_4晶须增强铜基和陶瓷涂层结构钢作为摩擦副材料,并将摩擦副表面设计成一定的凹凸结构,以实现稳定的人感阻尼和离合器功能。试验表明,该恒定力矩摩擦阻尼装置可以提供不同的摩擦力矩,并可在一定时间内保持摩擦力矩和摩擦因数稳定,从而提高机载设备的寿命、可靠性和安全性。
In order to meet the requirement of automatic throttle actuator constant friction torque and improve the safety and reliability of airborne equipment,a constant torque friction damper was designed. β-Si3N4 whisker enhanced copper and ceramic coated structural steel were used as the material of friction pairs,and the surface of friction pairs were designed into a certain concave convex structure to realize the stability of the human sense-damping and clutch function.The test results show that the constant torque friction damper can obtain different friction torque and can keep stable friction torque and friction coefficient,so as to improve the life,safety and reliability of airborne equipment.
