多频振动排痰机联合静推沐舒坦防治开胸术后肺部并发症的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨多频振动排痰机联合静推沐舒坦对防治开胸术后肺部并发症的效果。方法选取80例行开胸术的患者,随机分为两组各40例。对照组采用30 mg沐舒坦静脉注射,实验组在对照组的基础上联合使用振动排痰机治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果以及术后肺部并发症发生率。结果实验组的总有效率为95.0%,显著高于对照组的75.0%(P<0.05)。实验组的术后肺部并发症发生率为12.5%,显著低于对照组的35.0%(P<0.05)。结论多频振动排痰仪联合静推沐舒坦能促进开胸术后患者咳嗽排痰,降低术后肺部并发症的发生率。 Objective To explore the effect of multi-frequency vibration sputum elimination machine combined with ambroxol for intravenous injection in the prevention and treatment of pulmonary complications after thoracotomy. Methods 80 cases of patients with thoracotomy were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received 30 mg ambroxol for intravenous injection, while the experimental group received multi-frequency vibration sputum elimination machine combined with 30 mg ambroxol for intravenous injection. The curative effect and incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.0%, significantly higher than 75.0% of the control group (P〈0.05). The incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications of the experimental group was 12.5%, significantly lower than 35.0% of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions Multi-frequency vibration sputum elimination machine combined with ambroxol for intravenous injection can promote the cough and expectoration in patients after thoracotomy, and reduce the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications.
