超声乳化摘除术联合人工晶体植入治疗闭角型青光眼的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Phacoemulsification Combined with Intraocular Lens Implantation in the Treatment of Angle Closure Glaucoma

目的观察超声乳化摘除术联合人工晶体植入治疗闭角型青光眼的效果与安全性。方法选择148例闭角型青光眼患者为研究对象,其中对照组72例行小梁切除术,研究组76例行超声乳化摘除术联合人工晶体植入术,比较两组治疗前后的眼压、视力、前房深度,以及术后相关并发症情况。结果治疗后两组患者的眼压、视力、前房深度均有改善(P<0.05),研究组患者的眼压、视力、前房深度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率为5.26%,显著低于对照组的15.28%(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化摘除术联合人工晶体植入治疗闭角型青光眼患者可明显降低眼压,提高视力,视功能恢复理想,并发症少。

Objective To observe the effect and safety of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of angle closure glaucoma. Methods 148 cases of patients with angle closure glaucoma were selected as research objects. 72 cases of the control group underwent trabeculectomy, and 76 cases of the study group underwent phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation. The intraocular pressure, visual acuity, central anterior chamber depth （ACD） before and after treatment, and postoperative related complications were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, both groups had significantly improved intraocular pressure, visual acuity and ACD （P〈0.05）, and the intraocular pressure, visual acuity and ACD of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications of the study group was 5.26%, lower than 15.28% of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of patients with angle closure glaucoma can significantly lower the intraocular pressure and improve visual acuity, with ideal visual function recovery and few complications.
