布托啡诺与布托啡诺复合舒芬在剖宫产术后镇痛中的效果比较

Comparison on the Effects of Butorphanol vs. Butorphanol Combined with Sufentanil for Post-Cesarean Section Analgesia

目的比较布托啡诺与布托啡诺复合舒芬在剖宫产术后镇痛中的应用效果。方法选择60例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,随机分为A组(30例,使用布托啡诺进行镇痛)和B组(30例,使用布托啡诺复合舒芬进行镇痛),对比两组产妇的镇痛效果以及并发症发生情况。结果 B组在治疗6 h、12 h、24 h后的疼痛视觉模拟评分显著低于A组(P<0.05)。A组与B组产妇的并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(20.00%vs.13.33%,P>0.05)。结论布托啡诺复合舒芬应用于剖宫产术后镇痛中有良好的效果和较高的安全性,能够有效减轻产妇的术后疼痛,促进产妇的恢复。

Objective To compare the effects ofbutorphanol vs. butorphanol combined with sufentanil applied in post-cesarean section analgesia. Methods Sixty cases of maternal women with cesarean section were selected and randomly divided into group A （30 patients with butorphanol for analgesia） and group B （30 patients with butorphanol combined with sufentanil for analgesia）. The analgesic effects and incidences of complications of two groups were compared. Results After 6 h, 12 h and 24 h of treatment, the VAS scores of group B were significantly lower than those of group A （P 〈0.05）. No statistical difference was found between group A and group B in the incidence of complications （20.00% vs. 13.33%, P 〉0.05）. Conclusions Butorphanol combined with sufentanil has good effect and high safety in post-cesarean section analgesia, which can effectively alleviate postoperative pain and promote recovery of maternal women.
