中药湿敷联合熏洗坐浴治疗混合痔术后创面水肿和疼痛的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Wet Compress Combined with Fumigation Bathing in the Treatment of Wound Edema and Pain After Mixed Hemorrhoid Operation

目的观察中药湿敷联合熏洗坐浴治疗混合痔术后创面水肿及疼痛的临床疗效。方法收集2014年9月至2016年12月我院收治的116例混合痔术后创面水肿和疼痛患者,随机分为两组各58例。对照组采用中药湿敷治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予五倍子汤外用熏洗坐浴治疗,观察两组的治疗效果、疼痛评分、水肿消失时间及创面愈合时间。结果观察组的水肿疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的VAS评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的水肿消失时间及创面愈合时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用中药湿敷联合熏洗坐浴治疗能有效改善混合痔术后患者的创面水肿程度,减轻疼痛,促进创面愈合。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine wet compress combined with fumigation bathing in the treatment of wound edema and pain atter mixed hemorrhoid operation. Methods A total of 116 cases of patients with wound edema and pain after mixed hemorrhoid operation in our hospital from September 2014 to December 2016 were collected and randomly divided into two groups, with 58 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine wet compress, while the observation group was treated with Wubeizi decoction for fumigation bathing on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine wet compress. The therapeutic effect, pain score, edema disappearance time and wound healing time were observed in the two groups. Results The edema efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Before treatment, no significant difference was found between two groups in the VAS score （P 〉0.05）; After treatment, both groups had significantly decreased VAS score, and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The edema disappearance time and wound healing time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The traditional Chinese medicine wet compress combined with fumigation bathing can effectively improve the degree of wound edema after mixed hemorrhoid operation, reduce the pain and promote the healing of wounds of patients.
