针对性护理干预对VSD治疗头皮感染患者疗效和预后的影响

Impact of Targeted Nursing Intervention on the Efficacy and Prognosis of Patients with Scalp Infection Treated with VSD

目的探讨针对性护理干预应用于负压封闭引流(VSD)治疗头皮感染患者对疗效和预后的影响。方法选择2014年5月至2017年5月我院收治的50例头皮感染并经VSD治疗的患者,按护理方法的不同分为两组各25例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上配合针对性护理干预,比较两组的治疗效果及临床预后指标。结果观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的术后VAS评分显著低于对照组,感染控制时间、新鲜肉芽组织长出时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预应用于行VSD治疗的头皮感染患者能显著提高疗效,减轻患者的术后疼痛,并早期控制感染,促进创面愈合,改善患者预后,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the impact of targeted nursing intervention on the efficacy and prognosis of patients with scalp infection treated with vacuum sealing drainage （VSD）. Methods 50 cases of scalp infection patients treated with VSD in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2017 were selected as study objects. According to the nursing methods, all cases were divided into the control group （routine nursing） and the observation group （targeted nursing intervention combined with routine nursing）, with 25 cases in each group. The curative effects and clinical prognosis indicators of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. The postoperative VAS score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, and the time for infection control and time for growth of fIesh granulation tissue were significantly shorter than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Targeted nursing intervention applied in patients with scalp infection treated with VSD can significantly improve the curative effect, relieve patients＇ postoperative pain, early control the infection, promote the wound healing, and improve the prognosis of patients, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
