舒适护理对防范和缓解前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Comfortable Nursing in Preventing and Relieving Bladder Spasm After Transurethral Resection of Prostate

目的探讨舒适护理对防范和缓解良性前列腺增生患者行经尿道前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛的效果。方法选取我院收治的男性良性前列腺增生患者108例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组54例。两组均行经尿道前列腺电切术,其中对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上增加舒适护理。比较两组患者的术后膀胱痉挛发生率、护理质量以及舒适度。结果观察组的术后膀胱痉挛发生率为18.5%,显著低于对照组的44.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的简化舒适状况量表各个维度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对良性前列腺增生患者采取舒适护理可以有效防范前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛的发生,缓解膀胱痉挛的程度,提高患者住院期间的护理质量,提高患者的舒适度和满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing in preventing and relieving bladder spasm in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia after transurethral resection of prostate. Methods 108 cases of male patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 54 cases in each group. Both groups underwent transurethral resection of prostate; In addition, the control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received comfortable nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The incidence of bladder spasm after surgery, the quality of nursing and the comfortable degree of patients were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of bladder spasm after surgery of observation group was 18.5%, significantly lower than 44.4% of control group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. The scores of items of simplify comfortable status scale of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group, with statistical differences （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Comfortable nursing applied in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia can effectively prevent the incidence of bladder spasm after transurethral resection of prostate and alleviate the degree of bladder spasm, improve the nursing quality during hospitalization, and improve patients＇ comfort degree and satisfaction degree.
