PDCA循环护理在提高内镜下肠镜手术肠道清洁度中的作用

Effect of PDCA Circulation Nursing on Improving the Intestinal Cleanliness of Colonoscopy Surgery Under Endoscopy

目的探讨PDCA循环护理对于提高内镜下肠镜手术肠道清洁度的效果。方法选取2014年1月至12月我院收治的内镜下肠镜手术患者200例为常规组,选取2016年1月至12月我院收治的内镜下肠镜手术患者200例为干预组,分别采用常规护理和PDCA循环护理,比较两组患者的肠道清洁度和护理满意度。结果干预组患者的肠道清洁度合格率显著高于常规组(90.50%vs.82.00%,P<0.05),干预组患者的护理满意度显著高于常规组(99.00%vs.92.00%,P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环护理应用于内镜下肠镜手术患者中,可显著提高患者的肠道清洁度,提高患者的护理满意度,具有较高的临床价值。

Objective To explore the effect of PDCA circulation nursing on improving the intestinal cleanliness of colonoscopy surgery under endoscopy. Methods From January 2014 to December 2014, 200 cases ofpatients with colonoscopy surgery under endoscopy were selected as the conventional group, and patients were given conventional nursing. From January 2016 to December 2016, 200 cases of patients with colonoscopy surgery under endoscopy were selected as the intervention group, and patients were given PDCA circulation nursing. The intestinal cleanliness and patients＇ nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results The qualified rate of intestinal cleanliness of intervention group was 90.50%, significantly higher than 82.00 % of conventional group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. The patients＇ nursing satisfaction degree of intervention group was 99.00%, significantly higher than 92.00% of conventional group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions PDCA circulation nursing applied in patients with colonoscopy surgery under endoscopy can significantly improve patients＇ intestinal cleanliness, and improve patients＇ nursing satisfaction degree, which has high clinical value.
