肿瘤住院患者的营养状况相关因素的分析研究

Analysis and Study on the Related Factors of Nutritional Status of Tumor Inpatients

目的探讨肿瘤住院患者的营养状况及其相关影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法,收集2017年11月至2017年12月广州市4家三甲医院肿瘤内科住院的206例自愿配合本调查的肿瘤患者的临床资料,采用Logistics回归分析影响肿瘤住院患者营养不良发生的因素。结果恶性肿瘤住院患者的营养不良发生率为65.0%。多因素分析结果显示:年龄、恶心、便秘、吞咽困难是影响恶性肿瘤患者发生营养不良的相关因素。结论恶性肿瘤患者的营养不良发生率高,医务人员要针对性地加强对患者的营养支持,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the nutritional status and related influencing factors of tumor inpatients. Methods The clinical data of 206 cases of inpatients diagnosed as tumor in medical oncology department of four first-class hospitals at grade 3 from November 2017 to December 2017 who voluntarily cooperated with this investigation were collected using convenient sampling method. Logistics regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of malnutrition in tumor inpatients. Results The incidence of malnutrition in inpatients with malignant tumor was 65.0%. The results of multivariate analysis showed that age, malignancy, constipation and dysphagia were the factors related to malnutrition in patients with malignant tumor. Conclusions As the patients with malignant tumor have high incidence of malnutrition, medical staff should strengthen targeted nutritional support to the patients, and improve patients＇ quality of life.
