红细胞指标对鉴别诊断儿童地中海贫血和缺铁性贫血的应用价值

Application value of red blood cell index in differential diagnosis of children with Mediterranean anemia and iron deficiency anemia

目的:探讨红细胞指标检测在鉴别儿童地中海贫血和缺铁性贫血的价值。方法:选取90例中轻型地中海贫血患儿为试验A组,90例缺铁性贫血患儿为试验B组,另选取同期来我院健康体检的90例未合并缺铁性贫血及地中海贫血者儿童为对照组,对比三组红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)的变化情况。结果:两组试验组的Hb、MCV和MCH指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05),RDW指标明显高于对照组(P<0.05),但是试验A组RBC指标明显高于试验B组(P<0.05),而试验B组的RDW指标明显高于试验A组(P<0.05),组间比较差异有统计学意义。结论:联合检测红细胞指标RBC、Hb、MCV、MCH、RDW可较好的鉴别儿童地中海贫血与缺铁性贫血。

Objective To explore the value of red blood cell index detection in the diagnosis of children with Mediterranean anemia and iron deficiency anemia. Method 90 cases of thalassemia children were selected as experimental group A,90 cases of patients with iron deficiency anemia as experimental group B,90 cases of physical examination in our hospital with iron deficiency anemia and thalassemia children were selected as control group,comparing the three groups of red blood cell count（RBC）,hemoglobin（Hb）,mean red cell volume（MCV）,mean corpuscular hemoglobin（MCH）,red blood cell volume distribution width（RDW） changes. Results The two experimental groups of Hb,MCV and MCH index was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0. 05）,RDW index was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0. 05）,but the experimental group A RBC index was significantly higher than that of group B（P〈0. 05）,and the RDW index was significantly higher than that of experimental group B experimental group A（P〈0. 05）,the difference between groups there was significant statistical significance. Conclusion Combined detection of red blood cell indicators RBC,Hb,MCV,MCH,RDW can better identify children with iron deficiency anemia and iron deficiency anemia.
