眼底激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的效果观察

Observation of the effect of laser treatment on diabetic retinopathy

目的:探讨眼底激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:选取88例糖尿病视网膜病变患者参与试验,采取随机数字表法将其分为试验组(44例)与对照组(44例)。对照组患者采取常规治疗,试验组患者在对照组的基础上采取眼底激光治疗,分析对比两种治疗方案的临床疗效。结果:相对于对照组患者,试验组患者治疗总有效率和生活质量评分更高,且两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:眼底激光在治疗糖尿病视网膜病变中具有显著疗效,能有效改善患者视力,提升其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of retinal laser treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Method 88 patients with diabetic retinopathy were selected from our hospital to participate in this experiment,they were randomly divided into experimental group（44 cases） and control group（44 cases） by random number table method,Patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment,patients in the experimental group were treated with retinal laser treatment on the basis of the control group,clinical curative effect analysis of two treatment schemes comparison. Results Compared with the control group patients,patients in the experimental group the total efficiency of treatment and quality of life scores were higher,and the difference between the two groups. There was statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Fundus laser has remarkable curative effect in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy,and can effectively improve the visual acuity and improve the quality of life in patients with diabetic retinopathy
