摘要
目的:探讨神经外科男护生职业倦怠的原因,为管理者制定个性化的护理教学管理和带教方案提供依据。方法:采用现象学研究法、回顾性分析了解实习过的63名男护生的职业倦怠现状,采取相应的措施并进行干预,对干预效果进行评价。结果:实施干预后,男护生在职业倦怠发生率降低,技能和理论考核成绩提高,带教老师满意度增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对男护生职业倦怠实施干预后能使男护生的职业倦怠得到明显改善,工作能力明显提高。
Objective To explore the causes of job burnout among male nursing students in department of Neurosurgery,and to provide evidence for managers to develop individualized nursing teaching management and teaching program. Method Using phenomenological research methods and retrospective analysis,we investigated the status of job burnout among 63 male nursing students who worked in our department. We adopted corresponding measures and intervened,and evaluated the effect of intervention(P〈0. 05). Results After the implementation of the intervention,male nursing students in the job burnout rate decreased,skills and theoretical assessment performance improved,the degree of satisfaction with teaching teachers increased,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion After the intervention of male nursing students' job burnout,the job burnout of male nursing students has been improved,and their work ability has been improved obviously.
