摘要
作物在播种期若遇到降水量较大的天气,会出现种子浸水的情况,而浸水的长短与环境温度会影响种子播种后的发芽率,这与种子的耐湿性有关。通过控制不同温度下浸水时间与发芽率的关系,研究谷子、糜子种子的耐湿性,结果表明:随着浸泡时间的增加,谷子、糜子都会出现发芽率降低的趋势,其中,在25℃和35℃条件下,谷子种子随浸泡时间的增加,发芽率下降明显;而糜子种子发芽率则整体偏低,随浸泡时间增加而趋近于0。因此,谷子种子的耐湿性要优于糜子种子的耐湿性,能适应更长的浸泡时间。
Crops in the sowing period encountered greater precipitation will appear seed water immersion situation.The length of the immersion and ambient temperature will affect the seed germination rate after sowing,which is related to the moisture resistance of the seed.This experiment mainly studied the moisture resistance of millet seedsand wolfberry seeds by controlling the relationship between soaking time and germination rate at different temperatures. Test resultst that with the increase of soaking time,the germination rate of millet seeds will decrease and inthe condition of 25°C and 35°C,the germination rate of millet seeds decreased with the soaking time;the seed germi-nation rate of the gardenia is low as a whole,and approaches zero as the soaking time increases.Another,the moisture tolerance of foxtail millet seeds is better than that of corn millet seeds,and foxtail millet can adapt to longersoaking time.
