摘要
该文建立了高效液相色谱-荧光法测定食用油中苯并芘含量实验方法。色谱柱采用安捷伦C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈和水为流动相,用荧光检测器测定食用油中苯并芘的含量。苯并芘的线性范围分别为1~10ng/m L,最低检出限为0.2ng/m L,平均加标回收率为94.0%,相对标准偏差2.9%。该方法适用于食用油中苯并芘含量定量分析。
To study a method for quantitative determination of Benzopyrene in edible oil by High Performance Liquid Chromatography—Fluorescence Detector.The analytical chromatographic column was Agilent C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(88∶12,V/V).The samples were determined by an Fluorescence de-tector.The calibration curves had good linearity in the range of 1~10 ng/m L for Benzopyrene,the detection limit forBenzopyrene was 0.2 ng/m L,the average recoveries of Benzopyrene were 94.0%(n=6,RSD =2.9%).The method is re-producible for qualitative analysis of Benzopyrene in edible oil.
