摘要
为提高本科食品质量与安全专业学生的教育质量,完善课程教学的一体化,该文对《食品毒理学》实验课程体系进行建设探索,通过从综合实验、自主设计实验、新技术与交叉技术应用、分组实施,互动评价体系、实验过程视频拍摄等方面强化学生技能训练和创新意识,使学生加深对理论教学的理解,培养学生具备较强的实验操作、实验设计能力和创新能力。
This paper makes exploration on the construction of "food toxicology" experimental curriculum system and perfecting the integration of curriculum teaching to improve the quality of education for students of food quality andsafety.Through the comprehensive experiment,the independent design experiment,the new technology and the crosstechnology application,the group implementation,the interactive evaluation system,the video shooting of the experi-ment process and so on,the students' skills training and innovation consciousness are strengthened,enable studentsto deepen understanding of the theory of teaching,make students have strong experimental operation,the experimen-tal design ability and creative ability.
