摘要
以生物悬浮改性填料和负载活性炭轻质陶瓷波纹填料为填料层的生物滴滤塔系统,在正常温度条件下,对H_2S废气进行净化处理,通过研究H_2S负荷、气体停留时间和营养液的pH值及"饥饿时间"等因素在不同条件下对生物滴滤塔降解H_2S净化效率的影响。实验结果表明:当进入气体的质量浓度为400 mg/m^3,H_2S的负荷为25 g/(m^3·h),气体在装置的时间为60 s,系统的平均去除效率为99%。系统运行期间,填料未出现堵塞现象,生物悬浮改性填料和负载活性炭轻质陶瓷波纹填料组合可用为生物滴滤塔的填料。
The biotrickling filter systemwith biological suspensionmodified packing and supported activated carbon light ceramicas its filler, under normal temperature conditions, purifies hydrogen sulfide gas. It studied the hydrogen sulfide load , the residencetime of the gas , pH of the nutrient solution and "starvation time" under different conditions on purification efficiency of hydrogensulfide in biotrickling filter.The experimental results showthatwhen themass concentration of gas is 400mg /m3, the load of hydrogensulfide is 25 g /(m3h), the time of gas is 60 s and the average of the system removal efficiency was 99%. During the operation of thesystem, there is no clogging of the filler, and the biological suspension modified packing and the activated carbon polyurethane foamcanbeusedasa filler for thebiofilter.
