摘要
目的:通过内部、外部不同表象训练来评估其对跳远成绩和最大峰力值的影响,并探索出最佳外部表象训练指令下的标志点,从而提高运动员的跳远成绩。方法:29名未经训练的受试者在测力台上按照5项不同指令完成立定跳远。结果:1)基线跳距40%处作为标志点进行立定跳远这一外部表象训练下,受试者的立定跳远成绩提高最显著(206.2±34cm),p<0.05。2)起跳过程中的最大峰力值无显著性差异,p>0.05。结论与建议:在基线跳距40%处设立标志点的外部表象训练的效果明显优于内部表象训练,即外部表象训练对提高运动员的跳远成绩有显著影响。在本实验研究中受试者均为普通运动员,并没有精英级运动员作为受试者,建议进一步的实验可以增加精英运动员作为受试者进行测试。
Objective : To evaluate the impact of long jump performance and maximum peak force by internal and external imagery training, and explore the best mark points under the external imagery training instruction so as to improve the standing long jump performance of the athletes. Methods : 29 untrained subjects completed a standing long jump on a force plate with 5 different instructions. Results : 1) Under the external imagery training at the baseline jumping of 40% , the standing long jump performance of the subject increased most significantly ( p 〈 0. 05 ) . 2) There’ s no significant difference in maximum peak force, p 〉 0. 05. Conclusions and Recommenda-tions :The external imagery training with flag points set at 40% of the baseline jump distance is obviously better than the internal imagery training, that is, the external imagery training has a significant effect on improving the long jump performance of the athletes. In this study, the athletes were regular athletes, and there's no elite ath-letes as subjects, suggesting that further experiments can increase elite athletes as subjects to be tested.
