体育中考足球选项教学训练方法的研究与思考——以郑州市为例

郑州市中考体育足球运球成为抽考项目,考试几率增大,深入研究并熟练掌握足球运球技术成为中考民众关注的课题。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法结合实践训练经验,对中考足球项目的发展历程、测试方式及要求进行梳理,对其技术动作进行理论分析。研究结果表明:选用适合自己的运球方式是首选,做好触球起跑第一步是关键,合理的触球次数及触球点是运球的保障,选用辅助标志和心理辅助测试是不可缺少的训练手段。建议体育工作者积极探索钻研技术方法,为学生的课堂练习提供科学的方法和技术指导,从而大力推广足球运动。

In Zhengzhou City, the examination of sports football dribbles has become a test project, and the chance of the examination are increasing. Further research and mastery of soccer dribble technology has become a public concern. By using the methods of literature and logical analysis, this paper uses practice training to sort out the development process, test methods and requirements of the college entrance exam football project, and makes theoretical analysis on its technical actions. The results show that choosing the dribble method that suits oneself is the first choice, and the first step in getting started with the ball is the key, The reasonable number of contact and the point of touch are the guarantee of the dribble, and the auxiliary sign and the psychological assistant test are indispensa-ble training methods. It is suggested that sports workers actively explore technical methods and provide scientific methods and technical guidance for studentsyclassroom exercises, so as to popularize football sports vigorously.
