摘要
为了解大学生生活方式对体质健康测试成绩的影响,运用问卷调查、体质测试、数理统计等研究方法进行研究,发现大多数学生作息时间不规律;近七成学生休息时间较晚;八成多的学生睡眠充足;多数的课余时间被电子产品占据。三个年级的体测成绩优秀和良好率偏低,及格率占七成,不及格率占两成,主要受男生的引体向上成绩;作息时间不规律;学生自我意识;健身方式单一,不科学影响。
To understand the influence of college studentsy lifestyle on physical health achievement. Study by questionnaire ,physical test, mathematical statistics and other research methods. It is found that most students have irregular hours. Nearly 70% of students take their breaks late; More than 80% of students get enough sleep; Most of your free time is spent on Electronics. The test scores of the three grades were excellent and low, and the rate was 70% , and the failure rate accounted for 20% of the grade, irregular schedules; students' self - awareness; fitness style is single and unscientific.
