"一带一路"建设和脱贫攻坚是当下中国两件头等大事,也是全面建成小康社会的两个重要抓手。在中国特色社会主义现代化建设的宏伟蓝图中,"一带一路"建设属于中心任务,脱贫攻坚属于底线任务,二者在本质上是相通的,都体现了中国共产党带领人民为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦而努力奋斗的政治智慧。要全面建成小康社会必须促进二者的和谐与互促发展。

＂The Belt and Road Initiatives＂ construction and poverty alleviation are two major events in China,and they are also two important starting points to build a moderately prosperous society. In the grand blueprint of the modernization in socialism with Chinese characteristics, the construction of ＂the Belt and Road Initiatives＂ is a central task, and the poverty alleviation is the bottom line task. The two are essentially interlinked and reflect the political wisdom that the CPC leads the people to strive to realize Chinese nation’s bright prospect on the road to revival of Chinese dream. We must promote those harmony and mutual development to build moderately prosperous society.
