摘要
热电联产是我国北方城镇集中供热系统的主要热源,联产机组通过抽汽供热,同时存在大量的乏汽余热可供回收利用。对严寒地区某典型城市的集中供热系统进行分析,提出一种基于吸收式换热技术的整体改造方案,可回收2台300 MW空冷机组乏汽余热435 MW。并对供热管网进行改造,形成电厂-调峰锅炉梯级加热的模式,电厂承担基础负荷,提高余热利用率。对改造方案的节能减排效益和经济效益进行分析。
Cogeneration is the main heat source of central heating system in northern cities and towns of China, it us-es extraction steam for heating, and a lot of waste heat of exhaust steam can be used. This paper analyses the central heating system of a typical city in severe cold area, and puts forward a modification scheme based on absorption heat exchange, which can recover 435 MW exhaust steam heat of two 300 MW air-cooling units. And the heat supply net-work will be reconstructed, it will form a step heating model, the cogeneration power units will bear the basic load to increase the utilization rate of waste heat. The energy saving and emission reduction efficiency and economic benefit are also analysed in this paper.
