摘要
碳排放测算方法和碳排放因子的选择、全产业链阶段划分情况都对工业化建筑的碳排放测算有着重要影响。以量化工业化建筑碳排放为目的,从建筑的碳排放测算方法着手并以此作为划分基础,对碳排放测算方法、碳排放因子进行整理分析,并调研、归纳国内外工业化建筑全产业链的阶段划分现状析,总结出了一种较适用于现阶段我国工业化建筑的全产业链阶段划分方法,即构件生产阶段、运输阶段、建造(或施工)阶段、使用(包括维护)阶段、拆除及回收阶段五部分。
The selection of carbon emissions’ measurement method and carbon emission factors, and the phase division of industrialized chain, have an important influence on carbon emissions accounting. To quantify industrialized buildings ’ carbon emissions for the purpose, the article starts from the carbon emissions ’ measurement method and use it as the foundation. After making a study of the phase division actuality of worldwide industrialized buildings ’ whole industrial chain, the article summarizes a suitable dividing method of the phase division of China’ s industrialized building ’ s industrial chain namely five parts as component production, transportation, construction, operation, maintenance and demolition.
