为了提高医院的核心竞争能力,对现今医院文化建设现状及域外优秀的实践经验作了概述。在此基础上,介绍了医院在文化强院上所做出的诸多尝试,并对医院文化建设提出思考。

In order to improve the core competitive ability of the hospital,this paper summarized the current status of the hospital＇s culture construction and extraterritorial excellent practical experience. On this basis,this paper introduced many attempts made by Guangdong 999 Brain Hospital in using culture to strengthen hospital and put forward the reflection of hospital＇s culture construction.
