三级甲等医院护理人员心理健康状况及影响因素调查

Survey on the health status and influencing factors of nursing staff from 3A-level hospitals

目的调查护理人员的心理健康状况,分析影响健康的因素。方法采用问卷调查法,对北京市6所三级甲等医院1 289名护理人员的健康状况、工作压力、工作满意度等进行调查。结果护理人员心理健康状况较差,平均每天睡眠时间、工作压力和工作满意度是护理人员健康状况的影响因素。结论三级甲等医院护理人员平均每天睡眠时间不足、工作压力大、工作满意度差等影响着护理人员的身心健康,应不断改善护理工作的社会环境,完善护理人员的管理制度,健全护理工作薪酬和保障体系。

Objective To investigate the health status and influencing factors of nursing staff.Methods A questionnaire survey wasconducted on health status,work stress and job satisfaction among 1 289 nurses from six 3A-level hospitals in Beijing.Results The healthstatus of nursing staff was poor,average sleep time every day,work stress and work satisfaction were the influencing factors of the health innursing staff.Conclusion The health status of nursing staff is influenced by average sleep time every day,work stress and work satisfaction.It is improtant to pay close attention to improve work environment,management level and salary level.
