患者参与手卫生的研究现状

Research status of patient participation in hand hygiene

文章介绍了国内外医务人员手卫生现状,综述了患者参与手卫生的意愿及方式,从医务人员、患者及家属方面总结了患者参与手卫生的影响因素,并建议创建支持患者参与的患者安全文化,鼓励患者及家属主动参与到临床治疗中。在此基础上,对我国开展患者参与手卫生研究前景进行了展望。

The paper introduced the present situation of hand hygiene of medical staff at home and abroad,summarized the willingnessand ways of patients to participate in hand hygiene,and summarized the influencing factors of patients＇ participation in hand hygiene from theaspects of medical personnel,patients and their families.It was suggested to establish a patient safety culture to support patient participationand to encourage patients and their families to actively participate in clinical treatment.On the basis,the prospect of patient participation inhand hygiene research in China.
