应用ADOPT模式对永久植入起搏器术后患者生活质量的效果研究

The effect of ADOPT model on the quality of life of patients after permanent implantation of pacemaker

目的探讨应用ADOPT模式对提高永久植入起搏器术后患者生活质量的影响。方法选择永久起搏器植入术患者312例,随机分为干预组157例和对照组155例。对照组术后实施常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上运用ADOPT模式干预,采用健康状况简明量表比较两组患者术前、术后6个月、术后2年的生活质量。结果术后6个月和术后2年干预组生活质量得分高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论 ADOPT模式能提高起搏器植入术后患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of applying ADOPT model to improve the quality of life of patients after permanent pacemaker implantation.Methods Totally,312 patients with permanent pacemaker implantation were selected,and 157 patients in the intervention groupand 155 in the control group were randomly assigned.Control group used routine nursing.The intervention group received ADOPT model on thebasis of the control group.The quality of life of the two groups was compared before and after operation 6 months and 2 years with the simplehealth scale.Results After 6 months and 2 years,the quality of life in intervention group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）,thedifference was statistically significant.Conclusion ADOPT model can improve the quality of life of patients after implantation of pacemaker.
