中医综合护理预防妇科腹腔镜术后患者腹胀的效果研究

Study on the effect of comprehensive nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine in preventing abdominal distension after gynecological laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨中医护理综合方案在预防妇科腹腔镜术后腹胀的效果。方法在常规促进妇科腹腔镜术后患者快速康复的基础上,实施中医护理综合方案,即采用穴位贴敷、中药封包和口服中药,观察两组患者术后腹胀发生率和康复效果。结果患者术后腹胀发生率下降,肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间、下床活动时间和住院时间均缩短(P<0.01)。结论妇科腹腔镜术后应用中医综合护理,可有效预防患者腹胀发生率,并有效促进患者快速康复,且安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine in prevention of abdominal distension after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods On the basis of routine rehabilitation of patients after gynecological laparoscopicsurgery,comprehensive nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine was implemented,namely using acupoint sticking,Traditional Chinese Medicine encapsulation and oral Chinese medicine.The incidence of postoperative abdominal distension and rehabilitation were observed in bothgroups.Results The incidence of postoperative abdominal distension decreased.The bowel sound recovery time,the anus exhaust time,defecation time,the bed activity time and the hospitalization time were shortened （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine after gynecological laparoscopic surgery can effectively prevent the incidence of abdominal distension,and effectively promote the rapid recovery of patients,and it is safe,effective and worthy of clinical application.
