铀矿采冶设施退役治理标准探讨 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了美国铀水冶尾矿健康和环境保护标准及铀、钍污染的可允许表面放射性污染水平和土地/土壤清洁水平等规范,德国退役铀水冶设施中固体物料处置标准,加拿大铀矿山/水冶厂可利用材料的去污限值标准等国际铀矿采冶设施退役治理标准以及俄罗斯铀废石场尾矿库退役治理的安全环保标准。分析了我国铀矿采冶设施退役治理标准现状,提出了我国铀矿采冶设施退役治理标准修订建议。 Health and environmental protection standards of American uranium hydrometallurgy tailings as well as criterions of permission of surface radioactive contamination level by uranium and thorium and also land/soil clearance levels criterions are introduced.Solid materials disposition standards of Germany decommissioned uranium hydrometallurgy facilities,decontamination limiting value standards of available materials of Canadian uranium mining/milling facilities etc.international uranium mining/milling facilities decommission and remediation criterions,security and environmental protection criterions of Russia waste rock yard and tailings pond decommission treatment are introduced as well.The current situation criterions of uranium mining/milling facilities decommission in China are analyzed.The issues and revise advices of decommission and remediation criterions on uranium mining/milling facilities in China are put forward.
