摘要
阐述了天然气压差发电的原理、工艺及关键设备,以典型调压站的参数为例,探讨了调研站压差发电电力用于CNG生产的方案,估算了项目的经济效益。天然气管网压力能发电用于CNG,不仅可以充分利用天然气余压所发电量,通过循环冷却工艺,还可使降压后的天然气满足管输天然气的温度要求。项目投资估算总计660万元,静态投资回收期为4.9年,因此,该技术具有良好的节能减排效果,值得推广。
The principle, technology and key equipment of natural gas pressure difference power generation are expounded. Taking the parameters of a typical pressure regulating station as an example, the scheme of using pressure difference generating electricity from research station for CNG production is discussed, and the economic benefits of the project are estimated. Natural gas pipeline pressure power generation for CNG, not only can make full use of natural gas residual pressure power generation, through the cooling process, also can make the gas meet the pipeline gas temperature requirements after the decompression.The total investment estimate of the project is 6.6 million, and the static investment recovery period is 4.9 year, therefore, the technology has good energy saving and emission reduction, worthy of promotion.
