摘要
催化裂化装置再生烟气是炼油企业的主要大气污染物排放源,再生烟气是催化裂化装置生产过程中积碳催化剂在再生器中通过烧焦再生过程排出的烟气,其排放的氮氧化物(NOx)、二氧化硫、粉尘等大气污染物若得不到有效处理,就会给环境带来较大污染。结合宁夏石化公司催化裂化装置再生烟气NOx减排技术应用进行分析、同时对余热锅炉进行配套改造,改造后NOx减排量小于100 mg/m^3,达到了排放标准要求。
The regeneration flue gas of FCCU is the main air pollutant source of refinery enterprises, and the regeneration flue gas is catalytic cracking. In the process of production, the nitrogen oxides emitted from the carbon generated catalyst discharged from the regenerator by charring regeneration process. Atmospheric pollutants such as(NO_x), sulfur dioxide and dust can not be treated effectively, which will cause serious pollution to the environment. By analyzing the application of NO_x reduction technology for regenerated flue gas in Ningxia Petrochemical Branch and reconstructing the waste heat boiler, the NO_x emission reduction is less than 100 mg/m^3,meeting the emission standard requirements.
