摘要
加热炉不仅在工业中应用广泛,在油田中也是常见的加热设备,其耗能较多,不可忽视,为了提高使用效率,减少能源损失,许多节能措施在加热炉上得到应用。其中红外辐射涂料广泛用于加热炉等换热设备中,对非稳态辐射传热速度的提高效果十分明显,可有效的减少换热设备的能源消耗。通过现场进行7台加热炉红外辐射涂料前后期实验效果对比,证明红外辐射涂料可有效提高加热炉效率,平均效率由77.21%提高到了81.47%,提高了4.26%。平均节气率为6.90%。
The heating furnace is not only widely used in industry,it's also a common heating device in the oil field. Its high energy-consumption can not be neglected. In order to improve efficiency and reduce energy loss, many energy-saving measures are applied to heating furnaces. The infrared radiation coatings can be widely used in furnace heat exchange equipment, improve the effect of transient radiation heat transfer speed obviously, and it can effectively reduce the energy consumption of heat exchange equipment. Through the field test of 7 heating furnaces applied with infrared radiation coatings, we can draw a conclusion that infrared radiation coatings can effectively improve the efficiency of heating furnace from 77.21% to 81.47%, increased by 4.26%and the average throttle rate was 6.90%.
