摘要
面对国内严峻的环保形势,当前国家出台了一系列政策支持对新能源开发利用及多能互补。胜利油田尤其是东部老油区在地热、污水余热、太阳能、风能等清洁能源方面地域资源优势显著,通过对各种清洁能源的协同供应和综合梯级利用,以提高能源系统综合效率,合理保护自然资源,促进生态环境良性循环。同时也是油田降低生产运行成本、削减安全风险的有效途径,阐明了多能互补集成优化在胜利油田推广应用的良好前景。
In face with the severe environmental situation in China, the current state has issued a series of policies to support the development and utilization of new energy and to complement each other. Shengli oil field especially in old oil region in significant regional advantages, the geothermal waste heat, solar energy and wind energy, through the collaborative supply and cascade utilization of clean energy, to improve the overall efficiency of energy system, reasonable protection of natural resources, promote the benign cycle of ecological environment, but also reduce the oil production operation cost. Effective method to reduce security risks, describes the complementary integrated optimization in good prospect of popularization and application in Shengli oilfield.
