高校第二课堂发展对大学生就业创业的影响

Influences of the Second Classroom on University Students' Employment and Entrepreneurship

第二课堂是大学立德树人的重要平台,是第一课堂的重要补充,具有即时性、广泛性、实践性的重要特征,近年来不断受到各高校的关注。开展内容丰富的第二课堂活动,不但可以进一步推进大学生综合素质教育,更能提高大学生创新、创业、实践能力。从目前来看,大学生第二课堂已经在高校中开展起来,与其相关的研究也越发丰富。应该进一步加强大学生就业和创业能力培养的有效途径的探讨,让第二课堂成为大学生开拓创新及展现自我的平台,进而促进大学生的全面发展。

The second classroom is one of the effective ways for college students to learn. In recent years,colleges and universities have been paid close attention to. The second classroom has attracted much attention in the process of College Students＇ growth and development,and the role of education is more obvious. In effect,the second classroom activities rich in content,not only can further promote the quality of college students and psychological education,can improve the Chinese University Students＇ practical innovation,entrepreneurship,and the ability of College Students＇ employment has played a guiding role. This study analyzes the development and current situation of the second class of undergraduates in colleges so as to make the second class become a platform for undergraduates to develop and innovate themselves and show themselves,timely put forward the employment for college students and to help college students entrepreneurial ability,to find a new method to solve the employment of college students and industry.
