摘要
基于卓越教师计划的实施,从人才培养质量工程的视角,提出卓越中学化学教师信息技术素养的概念.探讨其"传帮带教"四结合的培养模式,以"三个建设"为重点,搭建"四个平台",分环节、阶段性和模块化培养,为高师学生创设学科信息技术素养养成教育环境.以学科信息技术教育为突破口,立足课改,培养教学研究型卓越中学化学教师,促进学科信息技术与课程深度融合,推动高校教师教育和基础教育改革同步发展.
Based on the implantation of " Excellent Teacher Training Program",from the view of talent training quality project,this article suggests the concept of information and technology qualities of excellent middle school chemistry teacher,and discusses the cultivating mode that combines " handing,helping,guiding and teaching".The cultivation mechanism called " three constructions and four platforms" was set up to train the normal students with different links,steps and modules and provide an education circumstances for information and technology qualities. Teachers with both teaching and research ability were cultivated to face the New Curriculum Reformation. The integration of the information technology and the chemistry curriculum was discussed to coordinate the development of the elementary education and the normal education.
