摘要
目前,在"中国制造2025"的大背景下,国家需要大量的物联网专业人才。除本科及高职院校以外,五年制高职亦成为了重要的人才培养基地。但五年制高职物联网人才培养模式并不完善,以江苏联合职业技术学院苏州工业园区分院为例,在分析了CDIO工程教育模式的基础上,提出了基于CDIO模式的五年制高职物联网人才培养方案和人才培养策略,包括人才规格需求,构建和完善实践教学体系,实施CDIO项目教学改革。
At present, under the background of "made in China 2025", our country needs a large number of professionals in the Internet of things. In addition to undergraduate colleges and universities and higher vocational colleges, five-year higher vocational colleges have also become an important training base for talents. But the Internet of things talents training mode in these colleges is not perfect. Taking School of SIPITS of Jiangsu Union Technical Institute as an example, base.d on the analysis of the CDIO engineering education model, the paper puts forward the scheme and strategy of talents training in five-year higher vocational colleges, including the talents requirement, building and perfecting practical teaching system, and the implementation of CDIO project teaching reform.
