摘要
顶岗实习是我国高职院校有效推进"工学结合、校企合作"人才培养模式的一种实践教学,它在培养高素质技术技能人才方面发挥着重要作用。阐述实习与顶岗实习的概念与特征,将实习分为三个阶段及三种类型,分析得出"学习型实习"最有利于培养实习生的高技能、"用工型实习"最不利于培养实习生的高技能,并提出校企合作视域下高技能人才培养的优化方案。
Post practice is a kind of practice teaching that can effectively promote the talents training mode of "work-interated learning and school-entelprise cooperation" in higher vocational colleges in China. It plays an important role in training high quality technical skilled talents. This paper explains the concept and characteristics of practice and post practice. Internship can be divided into three stages and three types. Through analysis, it is concluded that "learning internship" is the most conducive to cultivate interns high skills, while "labor force internship" is the most unfavorable to cultivate interns high skills. The optimized scheme of training high skilled talents is put forward under the perspective of school-entelplise cooperation.
