The emission of automobile exhaust has brought great troubles to the atmosphere environment of cities. Pure electric vehicle, because of its own characteristics like zero oil consumption and low pollution, becomes one of the best solutions to the urban traffic. A lot of subsidies from our country and local government are given, making the market share of this kind of vehicle gradually increase. But the pure electric vehicle still belongs to the new means of transport, the after-sales service center and the corresponding fault diagnosis methods and process are not perfect. This paper provides beneficial attempt to the effective fault diagnosis method and process through the analysis of high voltage power failure of pure electric vehicles.
