摘要 高校教师核心价值观是社会主义核心价值体系的重要组成部分,研究探讨如何开展高校教师核心价值观的培育具有重要意义。本文从教师团队合作的角度,提出合作学习有助于激发教师核心价值观的构建、有利于教师反思能力的提高、有助于促进学校整体核心价值观的建设等观点。通过以问题为导向、建立合作学习机制、创建灵活多样的合作学习形式、营造合作学习氛围等方式,探索基于团队合作学习的教师核心价值观的培育途径。 The core values of college teachers are the important components of the socialist core value system, and it is of great significance to study how to develop the core values of teachers in colleges and universities. This paper, from the perspective of teachers' team cooperation, suggests that cooperative learning can help teachers' core values to stimulate and strengthen the construction intention, which is conducive to the improvement of teachers' individual reflection ability and help to promote the construction of the school' s core values. From the aspect of problem-orientation, the establishment of cooperative learning mechanism, the creation of a flexible and diverse form of cooperative learning, a cooperative learning atmosphere, the way to cultivate the team-based cooperative core values learning is explored.
