扶正抑瘤汤对肝癌细胞侵袭转移能力影响的研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨中药扶正抑瘤汤对肝癌细胞侵袭转移能力的影响。方法扶正抑瘤汤复合方剂经提取和提纯后处理肝癌细胞,采用MTT法检测肝癌细胞的增殖能力,划痕实验检测肝癌细胞的迁移能力,Transwell实验检测肝癌细胞的侵袭能力。结果 MTT结果显示,在肝癌细胞Hep G2、MHC97-H中,扶正抑瘤汤400mg/mL组OD值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);划痕实验证明在肝癌细胞MHC97-H中,扶正抑瘤汤400 mg/mL组肝癌细胞迁移速度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Transwell实验证明,在肝癌细胞MHC97-H中,扶正抑瘤汤400mg/mL组侵袭的肝癌细胞数量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扶正抑瘤汤能抑制肝癌细胞增殖及侵袭转移能力。 Objective To investigate the effect of Fuzheng Yiliu Decoction on invasion and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma cells(HCC). Methods Hepatocellular carcinoma cells were treated by Fuzheng Yiliu Decoction. MTT assay was used to detect the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma cells. The migration ability of HCC cells was detected by scratch test, while the invasion ability of HCC cells was detected by Transwell assay. Results MTT results showed that in HCC lines Hep G2, MHC97-H, the proliferation ability of 400mg/mL Fuzheng Yiliu Decoction group was significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05). Scratch test demonstrated that in liver cancer cell MHC97-H, the migration rate of liver cancer cells in Fuzheng Yiliu Decoction 400mg/mL group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P〈0.05). Transwell experiment proved that in liver cancer cell MHC97-H, the number of invading hepatoma cells in the 400mg/mL Fuzheng Yiliu Decoction group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Yiliu Decoction can inhibit the proliferation, invasion and metastasis of HCC.
